  • Your work mobile phone number
  • Your work email
  • Your work mobile phone, with the SafeTeam Guardian App installed. (If the app is not already installed on your phone please follow the installation instructions )

Minimum Device Specification

In order to run the SafeTeam app, you require a smartphone running Android and meeting the specifications below. Typically, your trust or organisation will issue phones to their staff sometimes 100s at a time. So, your organisation will contact the makers of SafeTeam to allow us to rigorously test any smartphone before purchasing and issuing them. We recommend this even if it meets the minimum device specification.

  • Smartphone

  • On board accelerometer

  • On board gyroscope

  • SIM card with data

  • 1 GB+ Ram

  • Wi-Fi

  • GPS

  • Android (e.g. Moto G55)

    • Version 14, 15, 16 and 17 (from app version 3.0.12)

    • Version 12 and 13 (from app version 3.0.9)

    • Version 9, 10 and 11 (from app version 3.0.8)

    • Version 8 (Legacy)
