Install the app

How do I install the app? (with Sophos)

Open the Sophos app

Click Apps (if prompted click trust applications)

Choose SafeTeam Guardian 3.0.9 from the list of apps. Then press the arrow to go back to the first screen

The install should appear in the main Sophos Control screen, please be aware that this can take a couple of minutes it doesn’t appear instantly.

5. Click Install

You may see this screen Click Install Anyway

On this screen Click Install

How do I upgrade my app? (with a notification)

To upgrade your app from a notification.

Unlock the phone

2. Swipe down from the top of your screen to view notifications.

3. You should see a notification asking you to install com.glowinternet.rcs

Click the notification

Click "install"

6. The app should install automatically
