Things to note
You will need the app in order to continue.
If you do not have the App, please contact your Team Manager.
The App Icon is shown to the right:
Onboarding - login once
Enter your mobile number and email address.
Your device will need to be online and you should only need to do this once.
If you have difficulty, please check:
Your phone number is correct
Your email is correct
Your device has an internet connection
Onboarding - Validate
A text message will be sent to your phone. It should automatically populate the validation code.
The 6 boxes will be automatically populated after a few seconds.
IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY, PLEASE:
Check your text messages and copy the code in manually
Permissions
Depending on your version of Android you may be asked to set permissions.
Please allow location tracking "All of the time" so we can keep you safe when on duty (choose “While using the app” if “All of the time is not initially available”)
Please asset physical activity to "Allow", this allows us to calculate milage in our reports.
