Insufficient Permissions

Safeteam requires a number of permissions to run effectively.

When you open the safeteam app for the first time you'll be asked to consent to those permissions.

If for any reason your permissions are denied or you see the message

"Insufficient Permissions Safeteam will now attempt to request the required permissions"

Then clicking "Ok" (or logging out and back in again) will usually open the permission window, were you can set permissions.

If those steps don't work then follow the following process to set the permission manually on your phone.

Expand all

Swipe Down From The Top of the Screen, Ensure GPS is switched on

Open the Phone Settings App it looks like a cog

You should then be able to see which permissions Safe Team has in a list

Click on Location, ensure its set to "Allow all the time"

Click on Physical Activity ensure it is set to "Allow"

Click on Notifications ensure its set to "Allow"

10. Once all the permissions are set correctly, go back to the safe team app and go back on duty
